Deuteronomy 8:13-14

¹³ and when your herds and flocks multiply, and your silver and gold multiply, and all that you have increases, ¹⁴ then your heart will become lifted up [by self-conceit and arrogance] and you will forget the Lord your God who brought you from the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
