Deuteronomy 4:30-32

³⁰ “When you are in tribulation, and all these things have come upon you, at the end of the day, if you return to the LORD your God and be obedient to His Voice,

³¹ “(for the LORD your God is a merciful God) He will not forsake you or destroy you or forget the Covenant of your fathers which He swore to them.

³² “For inquire now about the days that are past, which were before you, since the day that God created man upon the Earth, and whether there has been as great a thing as this from the one end of Heaven to the other, or whether anything like this has been heard.
