⁴ Today, in the month of Abib,^[a](A) you are going out.

¹⁵ Observe the Festival of Unleavened Bread. As I commanded you, you are to eat unleavened bread for seven days at the appointed time in the month of Abib,^[a] because you came out of Egypt in that month. No one is to appear before me empty-handed.^(A)

¹⁸ ‘Observe the Festival of Unleavened Bread. You are to eat unleavened bread for seven days at the appointed time in the month of Abib,^[a] as I commanded you, for you came out of Egypt in the month of Abib.^(A)

The Festival of Passover

16 ‘Set aside the month of Abib^[a](A) and observe the Passover to the Lord your God, because the Lord your God brought you out of Egypt by night in the month of Abib.^(B)
