Exodus 39:29-31

²⁹ And the band of fine-twined linen, and of blue silk, and purple, and scarlet, made by a weaver, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

³⁰ Finally, they made the plate for the holy crown of fine gold and wrote an inscription upon it like the engraving of a signet, HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

³¹ And they tied a lace of blue silk to it, to fasten it on high, upon the turban, as the LORD had commanded Moses.
