¹⁶ Then you will defile yourself in the sight of the nations, and you will ^(A)know that I am the Lord.”’”

¹⁷ And the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ¹⁸ “Son of man, the house of Israel has become ^[a](B)waste metal to Me; all of them are ^(C)bronze, tin, iron, and lead in the ^(D)smelting furnace; they are the ^[b]waste metal of silver.
