⁵ “And Oholah played the harlot when she was Mine. And she was set on fire with her lovers, with the Assyrians, her neighbors,

⁶ “who were clothed with blue silk, captains and princes. They were all pleasant young men, horsemen riding upon horses.

⁷ “Thus she committed her whoredom with them, with all of the chosen men of Assyria and with all after whom she lusted, defiling herself with all their idols.
