⁸ But now, for a brief moment, grace has come from the Lord our God to preserve a remnant^(A) for us and give us a stake^(B) in his holy place. Even in our slavery, God has given us a little relief and light to our eyes.^(C)

²³ I will drive him, like a peg, into a firm place. He will be a throne of honour for his father’s family.
