Galatians 4:6-8

⁶ And because you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son^(A) into our^[a] hearts, crying, ‘Abba,^[b] Father! ’^{(B) 7} So you are no longer a slave^(C) but a son,^(D) and if a son, then God has made you an heir.^(E)

Paul’s Concern for the Galatians

⁸ But in the past, since you didn’t know God,^(F) you were enslaved to things^[c] that by nature are not gods.
