Genesis 35:8-10

⁸ But Deborah, Rebekah’s nurse, died and was buried beneath Bethel, under an oak. And he called the name of it “Allon Bachuth”.

⁹ Again, God appeared to Jacob after he came to Padan Aram and blessed him.

¹⁰ Moreover, God said to him, “Your name is Jacob. No more shall your name be called ‘Jacob’, but ‘Israel’ shall be your name.” And He called his name “Israel”.
