Hosea 4:6-8

⁶My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.^(A)
Because you have rejected knowledge,^(B)
I will reject you^(C) from serving as my priest.
Since you have forgotten the law of your God,^(D)
I will also forget your sons.

⁷The more they multiplied,^(E)
the more they sinned against me.
I^[a] will change their^[b] honour into disgrace.^(F)
⁸They feed on the sin^[c] of my people;^(G)
they have an appetite for their iniquity.^(H)
