Hosea 6:8-10

⁸ Gilead is a city of evildoers,^(A)
tracked with bloody footprints.^(B)
9 Like raiders who wait in ambush for someone,^(C)
a band of priests murders on the road to Shechem.^(D)
They commit atrocities.^(E)
10 I have seen something horrible^(F) in the house of Israel:
Ephraim’s promiscuity is there;^(G) Israel is defiled.
