Isaiah 37:22-23

²²this is the pronouncement that the Lord has made in regard to him:

“The virgin daughter of Zion
    despises you and scorns you.
While you retreat the daughter of Jerusalem
    tosses her head at you.
²³Whom have you insulted and blasphemed?
    Against whom have you raised your voice,
and haughtily lifted up your eyes?
    Against the Holy One of Israel!
