¹⁶ There will be a road for the remnant of his people
who will survive from Assyria,^(A)
as there was for Israel
when they came up from the land of Egypt.^(B)

⁸ A road will be there and a way;^(A)
it will be called the Holy Way.^(B)
The unclean will not travel on it,^(C)
but it will be for the one who walks the path.^(D)
Fools will not wander on it.

¹¹ I will make all my mountains into a pathway,
and my roads will be raised up.^(A)

¹⁴ He said,
‘Build it up, build it up, prepare the way,
remove every obstacle from my people’s way.’^(A)
