Now I declare ^(B)new things;
Before they sprout I proclaim them to you.”

⁷ Who is like Me? ^(A)Let him proclaim and declare it;
And, let him confront Me
^[a]Beginning with My establishing of the ancient ^[b]nation.
Then let them declare to them the things that are coming
And the events that are going to take place.

⁸ Do not tremble and do not be afraid;
^(A)Have I not long since announced it to you and declared it?
And ^(B)you are My witnesses.
Is there any God ^(C)besides Me,
Or is there any other ^(D)Rock?
I know of none.’”

³ I will give you the ^[a](A)treasures of darkness
And hidden wealth of secret places,
So that you may know that it is I,
The Lord, the God of Israel, who ^(B)calls you by your name.
