¹² Be appalled at this, heavens;^(A)
be shocked and utterly desolated!
This is the Lord’s declaration.

³⁵ All the inhabitants of the coasts and islands
are appalled^(A) at you.
Their kings shudder with fear;
their faces are contorted.

¹⁰ I will cause many peoples to be appalled at you,
and their kings will shudder with fear because of you^(A)
when I brandish my sword in front of them.
On the day of your downfall
each of them will tremble
every moment^(B) for his life.
