¹⁴ “Proclaim in Egypt, and declare in Migdol, and proclaim in Noph, and in Tahpanhes, and say, ‘Stand still and prepare yourselves! For the sword shall devour all around you!’

¹⁵ “Why are your valiant men beaten down? They could not stand because the LORD thrust them away.

¹⁶ “He made many fall. And one fell upon another, and they said, ‘Arise, let us turn back from the sword of the violent, to our own people and to the land of our birth.’
