⁴³ The next day Jesus^[a] decided to leave for Galilee. He found Philip^(A) and told him, ‘Follow me.’

The Light of the World

¹² Jesus spoke to them again: ‘I am^(A) the light^(B) of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in the darkness but will have the light of life.’^(C)

²⁷ My sheep hear my voice, I know them, and they follow me.
