⁴ But Judah from Kriot, one of His disciples, the one who was about to betray Him, said, ⁵ “Why wasn’t this oil sold for three hundred denarii^[a] and the money given to the poor?” ⁶ Now he said this not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief. Since he had the moneybox, he used to steal from what was put in it.
