Jonah 1:15-17

¹⁵ Then they picked up Jonah and threw him into the sea, and the sea stopped its raging.^{(A) 16} The men were seized by great fear of the Lord,^(B) and they offered a sacrifice to the Lord and made vows.^(C)

¹⁷ The Lord appointed a great fish^(D) to swallow Jonah, and Jonah was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights.^(E)
