⁵ No one will be able to stand against you as long as you live.^(A) I will be with you, just as I was with Moses. I will not leave you or abandon you.^(B)

²⁰ Then David said to his son Solomon, ‘Be strong and courageous,^(A) and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or abandon you^(B) until all the work for the service of the Lord’s house is finished.

⁵ Keep your life free from the love of money. Be satisfied with what you have, for he himself has said, I will never leave you or abandon you.^[a](A)
