Joshua 17:14-16

¹⁴ Then the children of Joseph spoke to Joshua, saying, “Why have you given me but one lot, and one portion, to inherit, seeing I am a great people, forasmuch as the LORD has blessed me until now?”

¹⁵ Then Joshua answered them, “If you are a numerous people, get up to the woods and cut trees for yourself there in the land of the Perizzites, and of the giants, if Mount Ephraim is too narrow for you.”

¹⁶ Then the children of Joseph said, “The mountain will not be enough for us. And all the Canaanites who dwell in the low country have chariots of iron, as well as those in Beth Shean and in the towns of the same, and those in the valley of Jezreel.”
