32 Entonces Juan dio este testimonio: «Yo vi al Espíritu que bajó del cielo en forma de paloma y se colocó sobre él. 33 Yo no lo conocía, pero Dios que me envió para que bautizara con agua, me dijo: “Tú verás al Espíritu bajar y colocarse sobre el que bautiza con el Espíritu Santo”. 34 Lo he visto y por eso doy testimonio de que este es el Hijo de Dios[a]».

32 Then John gave this testimony: “I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him.(A) 33 And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water(B) told me, ‘The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.’(C) 34 I have seen and I testify that this is God’s Chosen One.”[a](D)
