¹¹ “But the fig tree answered them, ‘Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to advance above the trees?’

¹² “Then the trees said to the vine, ‘Come! Be king over us!’

¹³ “But the vine said to them, ‘Should I leave my wine, by which I cheer God and man, and go to advance above the trees?’
