⁵ ‘Priests may not make bald spots on their heads, shave the edge of their beards, or make gashes on their bodies.^(A)

²⁰ On that day the Lord will use a razor^(A) hired from beyond the River Euphrates – the king of Assyria^(B) – to shave the hair on your heads, the hair on your legs, and even your beards.

²⁰ ‘They may not shave their heads^(A) or let their hair grow long,^(B) but are to carefully trim their hair.
