²⁷ But you, my servant Jacob, do not be afraid,^(A)
and do not be discouraged, Israel,
for without fail I will save you from far away,
and your descendants from the land of their captivity!
Jacob will return and have calm and quiet
with no one to frighten him.

⁴ But each person will sit under his grapevine^(A)
and under his fig tree
with no one to frighten him.^(B)
For the mouth of the Lord^(C) of Armies
has spoken.

¹³ The remnant^(A) of Israel will no longer
do wrong or tell lies;
a deceitful tongue will not be found
in their mouths.
They will pasture and lie down,
with nothing to make them afraid.^(B)
