¹¹ But the hide^(A) of the bull and all its flesh, with its head and legs, and its entrails and waste –  ¹² all the rest of the bull – he must bring to a ceremonially clean place^(B) outside the camp^(C) to the ash heap, and must burn it on a wood fire. It is to be burned at the ash heap.

¹¹ For the bodies of those animals whose blood is brought into the most holy place by the high priest^(A) as a sin offering are burned outside the camp.^{(B) 12} Therefore, Jesus also suffered outside the gate,^(C) so that he might sanctify^[a] the people by his own blood.
