³⁴ “Jerusalem, Jerusalem,^(A) who kills the prophets and stones^(B) those who are sent to her.^(C) How often I wanted to gather your children^(D) together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings,^(E) but you were not willing!^{(F) 35} See, your house is abandoned to you.^(G) I tell you, you will not see me until the time comes when^[a] you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord’!”^[b](H)
