⁶² And he went outside and wept bitterly.

Jesus Mocked and Beaten

⁶³ The men who were holding Jesus started mocking and beating him.^{(A) 64} After blindfolding him, they kept^[a] asking, “Prophesy! Who was it that hit you?”
