The Way to the Cross

²⁶ As^(A) they led him away, they seized Simon, a Cyrenian,^(B) who was coming in from the country, and laid the cross^(C) on him to carry behind Jesus.

² I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified.^(A)

3 You foolish^(A) Galatians! Who has cast a spell on you,^[a] before whose eyes Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed^[b] as crucified?^(B)

¹¹ Now, brothers and sisters, if I still preach circumcision, why am I still persecuted? In that case the offence of the cross^(A) has been abolished.
