³⁶ Now while they were telling these things, ^(A)Jesus Himself suddenly stood in their midst and *said to them, “Peace be to you.”

^27 (A)Peace I leave you, My peace I give you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. ^[a](B)Do not let your hearts be troubled, nor ^[b]fearful.

Jesus among His Disciples

¹⁹ Now when it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were ^[a]shut where the disciples were together due to ^(A)fear of the ^[b]Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst, and *said to them, “^(B)Peace be to you.”

²¹ So Jesus said to them again, “^(A)Peace be to you; ^(B)just as the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
