Luke 6:20-21

²⁰Jesus looked at his ·followers [disciples] and said,

“·You people who are poor are blessed [or Blessed are you…; ^Cand so through v. 22],
    because the kingdom of God ·belongs to you [is yours].
²¹You people who are now hungry are blessed,
    because you will be ·satisfied [filled].
You people who are now ·crying [weeping] are blessed,
    because you will ·laugh with joy [^Llaugh].
