²¹ A certain man from Cyrene, Shim‘on, the father of Alexander and Rufus, was passing by on his way in from the country; and they forced him to carry the stake. ²² They brought Yeshua to a place called Gulgolta (which means “place of a skull”), ²³ and they gave him wine spiced with myrrh, but he didn’t take it.
