33 “你们又听过有对古人说：‘不可背誓，所起的誓总要向主谨守。’ 34 但是我告诉你们：什么誓都不可起。不可指着天起誓，因为天是 神的宝座。 35 不可指着地起誓，因为地是他的脚凳；也不可指着耶路撒冷起誓，因为耶路撒冷是大君王的京城。 36 又不可指着你的头起誓，因为你不能使一根头发变黑变白。

33 “Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘Do not break your oath,(A) but fulfill to the Lord the vows you have made.’(B) 34 But I tell you, do not swear an oath at all:(C) either by heaven, for it is God’s throne;(D) 35 or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King.(E) 36 And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black.
