²¹ She will give birth to a son, and you are to name him Jesus,^(A) because he will save his people from their sins.”^(B)

⁴² And they told the woman, “We no longer believe because of what you said, since we have heard for ourselves and know that this really is the Savior^(A) of the world.”^[a]

³¹ God exalted this man to his right hand as ruler and Savior, to give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins.^(A)
