³³ The disciples said to him, ‘Where could we get enough bread in this desolate place^(A) to feed such a crowd? ’

³⁷ ‘You give them something to eat,’ he responded.

They said to him, ‘Should we go and buy two hundred denarii^[a] worth of bread and give them something to eat? ’

⁴ His disciples answered him, ‘Where can anyone get enough bread here in this desolate place to feed^(A) these people? ’
