Let the Children Come to Me

¹³^(A)Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples ^(B)rebuked the people, ¹⁴but Jesus said, ^(C)“Let the little children ^(D)come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” ¹⁵And he laid his hands on them and went away.

And when the disciples saw it, they ^(B)rebuked them. ¹⁶But Jesus called them to him, saying, ^(C)“Let the children come to me, and ^(D)do not hinder them, ^(E)for to such belongs the kingdom of God. ¹⁷^(F)Truly, I say to you, whoever does not ^(G)receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”
