Lament over Jerusalem

^37 (B)“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that ^(C)kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have ^(D)gathered ^(E)your children together ^(F)as a hen gathers her brood ^(G)under her wings, and ^(H)you were not willing! ³⁸ See, ^(I)your house is left to you desolate.
