¹⁴ Then^(A) one of the Twelve, the man called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests^(B)

³ Then^(A) Satan entered Judas,^(B) called Iscariot,^(C) who was numbered among the Twelve.

⁷¹ He was referring to Judas,^(A) Simon Iscariot’s son,^[a] one of the Twelve, because he was going to betray^(B) him.

² Now when it was time for supper, the devil^(A) had already put it into the heart of Judas,^(B) Simon Iscariot’s son,^[a] to betray^(C) him.

²⁶ Jesus replied, “He’s the one I give the piece of bread to after I have dipped it.”^(A) When he had dipped the bread,^(B) he gave it to Judas, Simon Iscariot’s son.^[a]
