⁴⁴ But I tell you, love your enemies^[a] and pray for those who^[b] persecute you,^(A)

⁴¹ Then he withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, knelt down, and began to pray,^(A)

³⁴ Then Jesus said, “Father,^(A) forgive^(B) them, because they do not know what they are doing.”^[a](C) And they divided his clothes and cast lots.^(D)

⁴⁰ Peter sent them all out of the room. He knelt down, prayed, and turning towards the body said, ‘Tabitha, get up.’ She opened her eyes, saw Peter, and sat up.^(A)
