³ My people,^(A) what have I done to you,^(B)
or how have I wearied you?^(C)
Testify against me!
⁴ Indeed, I brought you up^(D) from the land of Egypt
and redeemed you^(E) from that place of slavery.^(F)
I sent Moses,^(G) Aaron, and Miriam^(H) ahead of you.
⁵ My people,
remember what King Balak of Moab^(I) proposed,
what Balaam son of Beor answered him,^(J)
and what happened from the Acacia Grove^[a](K) to Gilgal,^(L)
so that you may acknowledge
the Lord’s righteous acts.^(M)
