Numbers 1:16-18

¹⁶ These were famous in the Congregation, princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads over thousands in Israel.

¹⁷ Then Moses and Aaron took these men who are expressed by name.

¹⁸ And they called all the Congregation together on the first of the second month, who declared their kindred by their families, by the Houses of their fathers, according to the number of names, from twenty years old and above, man by man.
