²¹ So they went up and scouted out the land from the Wilderness of Zin^[a] as far as Rehob near the entrance to Hamath.^[b]

²⁵ He restored Israel’s border^(A) from Lebo-hamath^(B) as far as the Sea of the Arabah,^(C) according to the word the Lord, the God of Israel, had spoken through his servant, the prophet Jonah^(D) son of Amittai from Gath-hepher.^(E)

⁸ So Solomon and all Israel with him – a very great assembly, from the entrance to Hamath^[a] to the Brook of Egypt – observed the festival at that time for seven days.
