³ and you make a food offering^(A) to the Lord from the herd or flock – either a burnt offering or a sacrifice, to fulfil a vow,^(B) or as a freewill offering, or at your appointed festivals – to produce a pleasing aroma for the Lord,^(C)

⁴ Let every survivor,^(A) wherever he resides, be assisted by the men of that region with silver, gold, goods, and livestock, along with a freewill offering for the house of God in Jerusalem.’
