¹⁵ Still, Balak sent more Princes, even more honorable than they,

¹⁶ who came to Balaam and said to him, “Thus says Balak, the son of Zippor, ‘Please do not be deterred from coming to me.

¹⁷ “‘For I will promote you to great honor and will do whatever you say to me. Please come, therefore, and curse this people for me.’”
