Numbers 30:13-15

¹³ ‘Every vow and every oath or bond, made to humble the soul, her husband may establish it. Or, her husband may break it.

¹⁴ ‘But if her husband holds his peace concerning her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows and all her bonds which she has made. He has confirmed them because he held his peace concerning her the same day that he heard them.

¹⁵ ‘But if he breaks them after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.’”
