Numbers 7:88-89

⁸⁸ and all the oxen for the sacrifice of peace offerings totaled twenty-four bulls, all the rams, sixty, the male goats, sixty, and the male lambs one year old, sixty. ^(A)This was the dedication offering for the altar after it was anointed.

⁸⁹ Now when ^(B)Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with Him, he heard the voice speaking to him from above ^(C)the ^[a]atoning cover that was on the ark of the testimony, from ^(D)between the two ^[b]cherubim; so He spoke to him.
