⁸⁹ When Moses entered the tent of meeting to speak with the Lord, he heard the voice speaking to him^(A) from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim.^(B) He spoke to him that way.

⁴² When the community assembled against them, Moses and Aaron turned toward the tent of meeting, and suddenly the cloud covered it, and the Lord’s glory appeared.

¹⁰ When the priests came out of the holy place, the cloud filled the Lord’s temple,^{(A) 11} and because of the cloud, the priests were not able to continue ministering, for the glory^(B) of the Lord filled the temple.

¹² Then Solomon said:

⁵ The cherubim of glory were above the ark overshadowing the mercy seat. It is not possible to speak about these things in detail right now.^(A)
