8 Cel vinovat merge pe căi sucite,
dar cel nevinovat face ce este bine.
9 Mai(A) bine să locuieşti într-un colţ pe acoperiş,
decât cu o nevastă gâlcevitoare într-o casă mare.
10 Sufletul(B) celui rău doreşte răul,
semenul lui n-are nicio trecere înaintea lui.
