9 Cinsteşte(A) pe Domnul cu averile tale
şi cu cele dintâi roade din tot venitul tău,
10 căci(B) atunci grânarele îţi vor fi pline de belşug
şi teascurile tale vor geme de must.
Fericirea şi înţelepciunea adevărată
11 Fiule(C), nu dispreţui mustrarea Domnului
şi nu te mâhni de pedepsele Lui.
