Proverbs 15:21-23

²¹ Foolishness is joy to him who is destitute of understanding. But a man of understanding walks uprightly.

²² Without counsel, thoughts come to nothing. But in the multitude of counselors, there is steadfastness.

²³ A joy comes to a man by the answer of his mouth. And how good is a word in due season?
